The engineering machinery steel is mainly used for engineering machinery, coal mine machinery, harbor machinery, etc.
NISCO engineering machinery plates are mainly applied for engineering machinery, coal mine machinery, harbor machinery etc., covering all steel grades and sizes. The sales volume of structural plates with grade ranging between Q235B and Q1300 and wear resistant plates with grade ranging between NM360 and NM600 is more than 100,000 tons every month. Main customers include XCG, PC, ZE, CAT, CLG, Sany, Hitachi, Doosan, Terex etc. NISCO is the first domestic steel enterprise to make the delivery with full process and multi-level control based on the surface quality requirements. SSAB products had been replaced by NISCO ultra-high strength steel plates with the market share above 70%. NISCO is the first one to produce Grade Q1100 in batches in China. Grade Q1100E, Q960E and Q690E are applied in 1600t cranes manufactured by XCG and 700t hydraulic excavator which ranked the second in the world.
